RECEPTION

Whether you’re an early bird or night owl, we’re open 24/7 our ambassadors are on stand by to assist you!

CHECK IN

  • Check-in time is at 2PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy).
  • If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.

CHECK OUT

  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible.
  • A charge may be applied depending on availability.
  • Any delay to check-out will result in an extra night being added to the final bill. We can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

PAYMENT METHOD

You may settle your account with our reception team. We accept Cash payments, Master Card, Visa Card, JCB Card, Union Pay, AMEX and QR code

GUARANTEE

To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

EXTRA PERSON

  • For children 3 years old and younger, share an existing bed with a parent or a baby cot provided free of charge and includes daily breakfast.
  • For children 4-11 years old, share an existing bed with a parent free of charge, and 50% of breakfast price will be applied. OR prefer to get an extra bed with breakfast at THB 1,500 net per person, per night. Especially in the Deluxe and Suite categories for an extra bed.

For a person 12 years of age and older, THB 1,500net per person, per night - this is inclusive of one extra bed and daily breakfast. Especially in the Deluxe and Suite categories for an extra bed.

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW

  • Guarantee and cancellation policy vary based on each rate and promotions.
  • No-Show Fee is 100% of the full stay plus tax.
  • Early check-out fee is 100% of full stay plus tax.

PET POLICY

  • We welcome dogs and cats to our sharing forepaw-community space. We have provided designated pet areas including Lobby, Guest elevators, Art Restaurant and Rooftop. Please note that pets are not permitted in the spa.
  • There will be the service fee at 1,000THB net per night for your 1st pet. For an additional pet, there will be a surcharge at 500THB net per night.
  • Pets are allowed only in the rooms in which they are registered.
  • Pets should always be kept on a leash and need to be accompanied and supervised within the hotel premises. Leash can be borrowed or purchased at our reception counter.
  • Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking as much as possible. Kindly accept our apologies if we ask you and your paw friend to vacate the lobby area when they have shown signs of aggression and discomfort.
  • When your pets want to do any potty actions, please direct them to our designated pet toilet area and please clean up after for everyone’s comfort to avoid the cleaning fee at THB 500- per spot. The pet diapers are available to purchase at our reception counter.

Our rooms are all non-smoking policies. If smoking is your style, please follow our sign for a proper spot.
